Deliveries are generally only possible to delivery addresses within the EU. The delivery is carried out exclusively with DHL, delivery to packing stations and / or post offices is possible. You will usually receive your delivery within 3-5 working days after placing your order. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please contact us.
If the delivery differs slightly from your order due to our inventory, we will inform you of this before dispatching the order and coordinate changes with you.
Any external damage to the goods upon delivery must be reported immediately and documented. Claims can only be made for goods that are immediately checked and rejected. The goods must be demonstrably incomplete or damaged. A corresponding confirmation has to be given by the messenger. Claims for damages by the customer are limited in any case to the value of the defective goods. Please keep the relevant product in a safe place so that we can carry out an analysis if necessary. We assume that the goods will be returned in the same condition as when they were purchased. Please send the package back to us as soon as possible.
If we have made a mistake or if you have other reasons for complaints, please notify us immediately (within 3 working days). We will fix the matter as quickly as possible in your interests.
If your order includes goods whose sale is subject to age restrictions, we use a reliable procedure that includes a personal identity and age check to ensure that the customer has reached the required minimum age. The deliverer only hands over the goods after the age check and only to the customer personally.
